While you browse we may log IP address, browser type, time zone, cookies, pages and products viewed, how you reached the shop, and basic interaction events.

Technical tools can include cookies, server logs, and pixels used to see whether pages load and where people drop off.

Orders need a name, delivery and billing address, phone, email, and the payment details the chosen method requires. We use that to pick, pack, charge, talk about the parcel, and stop obvious fraud.

• Payment providers and carriers (GLS, UPS and similar).
• Analytics or ads tools you allowed, for example audience measurement.
• Authorities when a legal duty says so.

You can ask for a copy, a correction, an export, a deletion, a freeze, or to stop marketing. Optional cookies can be refused in the banner or the browser. Account tools cover a lot of this without email.

We keep records only as long as the order, tax or security purpose needs, then delete or anonymise. Transfers outside the EU happen only with processors that must meet GDPR-level terms.

The shop is for adults. If a courier cannot confirm 18+, they may refuse handover.
