Returns Policy

1. Tell us of your decision within 14 days by writing to support@snupax.com, using the contact form, or sending the model form below.
2. Return the goods within 14 days of that notice to: Admeris Europa OÜ, Peterburi tee 81, Tallinn, Estonia. Wait for our return instructions if we ask you to use a specific warehouse address.
3. Goods should be unused and in the original packaging, except to the extent needed to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item as you would in a shop.

Unless the goods are defective, you bear the direct cost of returning them. We must tell you this in advance; this page does so.

We refund the full price, including standard outbound delivery (not extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose), no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of dispatch — whichever is earlier. Refunds use the same payment method as the purchase unless we agree otherwise.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if unsealed after delivery — this includes nicotine pouches, snus and similar nicotine products once the seal or inner pack is opened;
• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Unopened, sealed nicotine products remain eligible for the 14-day withdrawal. Statutory rights for defective goods are not affected.
